    All good points but have you asked yourself this,
    Optimumnano may be forced to dump / sell their AJM holding’s on market ?

    If so, it will / might crash the share price, 17% of the stock valued at 120 millon ?

    Who will buy it?

    For your sake hope it won’t happen, and if forced, hope you find another strategic investor.
