Takeover is done by buying shares. Board recommends SH either do or do not sell at the offered price.
The issue for us as SH is that at 90% ownership the buyer can force smaller shareholders to sell (I think).
I don’t think this is what they would want. My view is that they are looking for surety of supply.
Hang on, it could get bumpy.
