This Huayou is a mining and refinery company listed on Shanghai stock exchange, with sales revenue of 6.4 billion RMB in 2017. It is a listed private enterprise with family control and focused on mining and refinery business both in China and off shore, mainly in Cobalt with Li battery. Ticker number is 603799. So here we go, a refinery company is on board now. I speculate that there are quite a few Chinese or Chinese related companies have already held more shares of AJM, we just do not know their true identities yet. The SP of Huayou will also go up, making a killing for those Chinese who already know this information.
