Am I correct in assuming ON are mortgaging their 17% stake to acquire funding to satisfy their request to AJM last July to expand their project. This would provide the funding, 20mill, for stage 2 expansion, possibly a larger stake in Altura, not nessacarily 100%, and their desired long term supply in exchange for a short term offset Huayou (likely to satisfy the 20mil). I see their is past discussion of ON's possible financial difficulties
