    I have to re-read also! Not sure but first glance seems they want to use their 19% odd holding and the worth of them now as capital for raising to buy out at least 51% of AJM. Then use the Li offtake underwriting to get stage 2 etc.
    They quoted todays price to buy out the remaining 30%...
    Not sure though but if so that is absolute crap and JB if you are reading....tell them that aint happening!!!!
