Based on today's close at $2.67: PE is 16, Mkt cap/EBITDA is 6 and DY is 5.1%. This is not overvalued for a company that has CAGR of 8% on EBITDA and growing revenues at CAGR 11%.
So, I am happy to hold and ride the trend.
