This would explain the buying… don’t like that MC-B wants to stop the split- he wants the lot.
Thought that the Co may have suffered more in the SP with the breakdown, but C-B has been buying, which has stopped any weakness.
8.4% of Co means they’ve been buying up lately and augurs well with another T/O offer shortly.
Like that Co has gone on front foot announcing this and means C-B will need to purchase a lot quickly to stop the split- watch this space!
