The plot thickens with Hancock and Gore buying up A 7% stake at 94-95c in recent days
I would suggest they see strong potential for a higher bid from Samuel Terry and little downside with the floor at 93c
One thing for sure is H & G are not going to sell their holding for 93c anytime soon - so Samuel Terry will have to do something to get these shares unless they can get over 90% and trigger compulsory takeover (umlikely with H & G on 7.26%)
