you are going to receive a letter and form from TER asking you to sell all your shares to them. You just put in all the number of shares you own (if it is already not on there), sign and send it back to them.

OR you could call your broker - commsec for eg and ask them to accept on your behalf

or you could email [email protected] and ask her for your form quoting your HIN number

unless you explicitly accept they wont take your share or send you the cheque. you will have to wait till 30th june for compulsory takeover following which you get your money (it makes no sense to wait that long now)
