Based on Sam61 post yesterday under TER Post
Suggests TER already have well over 50% (TCIG Res - a subsidy of Terracom I think) of UNV shares allotted.
Not sure how they could have ~ 40% of shares in own right without breaching Aus regs....
Any thoughts anyone
