Surely he hasn’t been locked up by the bidders and promised something to sell into the bid, I feel pretty sure he has been on all the other committees evaluating proposed bids, it would be nice to know he is still independent of the bid.

Just reading the Commsec Morningstar Quantitative report and they have lifted the valuation to $0.38c on the weekend or 35% undervalued so I don't think Tony Weber would want to vote in favor of the takeover bid when he holds over 9 million shares!!
