My post of a few days back looks like playing out. WPL has a serious credibility problem if it has to acknowledge in its end of year accounts that it has no title to the Senegal acreage. Without clear title, no auditor would allow such a claim. Accordingly, the accounts will have to show a contingent asset until such time as the Govt approves the title with WPL on it.
