WPL have given a forward looking statement to its shareholders stating that WPL hopes to be operator by the end of 2017. FAR has said , 'Not by the hair of my chinny chin I won't let you in' and PC does not like it. Instead of huffing and puffing choose the smarter option.
If FAR is taking an eternity to fine tune its fiddle for arbitration, let WPL make the first move by geting COP to initiate arbitration to ratify the COP/WPL sale deal- I am sure FAR's fine tuned fiddle will be ready to make the two amigos dance to its tune.
PS. so if all you say is true why don't WPL/COP spend the measly $1million option instead of paying FAR.
