I'll be very disappointed if FAR does agree to that. We don't even want $43o mil, we really want the 35% of SNE. Guess what it'll be worth after the RF up grade as a result of the connectivity and the 2C upgrade after the RISC report.
This is I think also the reason WPL is getting upset over.
