When one considers that this 'is' a new (infant) company, battling all the 'start-up' glitches, which now appears to be heading towards name-plate production levels, why would anyone entertain a takeover offer at this stage??
There are only a few take-overs that are deemed value accretive in favour of existing shareholders (of the company being taken over) and I do not believe that 'our infant company' will be offered anywhere near a 'value accretive price' at such an early stage of development.
In my opinion the hardest work has been largely completed, so I am quite happy to hold and hopefully look forward to the very real potential of future dividends!
