OK... so what was that bloke getting paid $300k a year doing? Wasn't he meant to be "boots on the ground" as some here described.
Have they just admitted that each month they received a report from IM3NY stating how many batteries were produced and how many were rejects? And based on that, MNS didn't think that they should follow up on issues, ever? Or think, "Gee this might be material to all those shareholders who keep emailing and calling us about progress and production at IM3NY?
Scam or not, these guys are idiots.
