That is an amazing sequence of letters and responses.
The ASX trying to get information on what went on and MNS just responding with deflections, obfuscation and at times belligerence.
The frustration of the ASX was palpable with each letter trying to get proper details!
(I think the ASX could have asked a couple more questions re Directors (MNS & Im3NY!) activities prior to December, MNS very keen to only talk about December on)
Clear now why the first thing MNS did when the proverbial hit the fan was state they were to deconsolidate Im3NY from MNS.
That was so they can argue - not material, we didn't know, nothing really to do with us, we're a graphite miner don't you know!!
Wishy washy responses to questions about agreements Im3NY had with various companies and how they just sort of lapsed.
The MNS agreements with Traxys and a tier one EV company for Nachu are in a "holding pattern" but of course "reasonable" expectations all will be good
Quite bizarre how MNS still claim they are trying to refinance Im3NY yet can't access proper information from the lender directors and apparently have never known what really went on there - Love to see that loan proposal!!
Looks like the only way anyone will get the facts of what anyone knew will be if a Class action does proceed or ASX lay charges so information can be subpoenaed!
