I know that in the past I bored posters with asking about the Antwerp sales company.
Given the ASX questions about the current dealings between interrelated companies, I am still wondering whether MED owns all 100 shares in the Antwerp company that sells the diamonds or whether there are other shareholders to whom some proceeds from sales of diamonds might go.
How the hell does one find out this information? The company has never replied to me, though I have asked more than once.
If I remember correctly, the setting up of the Antwerp company was never mentioned to the ASX. So maybe it's the ASX's job to ask.
All may be ridgey didge, of course, but given recent revelations it would be nice to be sure that MED shareholders are the only ones to benefit from the sale of diamonds.
