There is evidence in the announcements that ASX is doing a thorough investigation. I get the feeling that they are not accepting fatuous explanations and then letting it all drop. I would rather be on ASX's side than on MED's!
The problem is that shareholders are hit by the ongoing suspension, but that's life in a world of monitored company behaviour.
