Its not a bad look, wrong post and I can tell from my experience in similar cases, this approach helps avoid shareholder dilution and demonstrates transparency in executive compensation. If you have issues with executive compensation then go and have a look at the compensation for each ASX listed companies. All gets paid huge amounts and there is a reason for it.
