I agree with what you are saying. However the issue here is directors manipulation. They are artificially controlling the share price movements by offering contrdictory statements about the business fundamentals. This is what hurting most shareholders. I am sure many shareholders are ok with the fluctuation but here directors have taken undue advantage and raided the company coffers.
