I have always had the impression, and its just my opinion, that Ruslan has always been in this for himself and that he is hoping that the company grew enough that it gets taken over by a bigger player some day, giving him a massive payday and an opportunity to get out. I think that is inevitable at some stage.
Might be just me but that would be my end goal if I were in his current shoes. I doubt he sees himself being at the helm in the long run.
