Good news with re-start.
We need to see either an acquisition or signal to return funds to shareholders within the coming 3 months. My preference would be to see M&A that secures either a pre-production/FID asset or existing medium cap producer. Gulf of mexico is optimal and spreads some of the political risk away from Brazil.
