Not making assumptions. For example I do not know whether they have significantly trimmed expenses.
If what they say in writing is deliberately untrue then all will be revealed in due course.
Given they have an accountantcy qualified CFO they should be able to sort out basic budgets and cash flow predictions with some reliability. That should be childs play for an expetienced accountant.
