Agree with your comments re management and hope ASX gives the proverbial kick up the bum. I added when it dropped below 8c because of my asst of the fundamentals and then comes this "sensitive disclosure" after the market closes! My assessment remains though but management needs to sort itself out and work in the interests of ALL s/h's! They should tell individual s/h's - regardless of their holdings - to go jump and wait for anns.
