we need to be clear here, the JORC compliant resource did not go down, the one that went down is the amount we can mine out of that jorc resource per the mining right as some of the area was removed to facilitate MR approval.

remember the EA grant last year? Everyone should read it. It was there where it was indicated that we need to remove 3 of the 5 open pits. Location of those 3 open pits are the ones not included in the mining right as obviously if without the EA on those then no mining could ensue anyway on those area.

those ground excluded that are still jorc compliant will still be jorc compliant. This is the reason why as stated by mgt we will repursue.

now on how it is stated to everybody, well, i’ll just leave that for the mgt to explain or answer.
