It read to me that the company that collated the info and wrote the report used some historical drilling results but neglected to quantify that gold was mostly likely already mined from those results over the years, and therefore this report was probably only accurate to around 89%.
Thats my high level understanding of it anyway.
At the end of the day Challenger is where this game starts...Donkey hill et al are just side shows to be played with at a later date....
