If we take a worse case conspiracy view: In reading the previous announcement, Craig Rugless will continue to work for LMB as senior member of the technical team. This would mean (one could assume) that he will be privy most of the time to "insider" information. Therefore his windows to sell would be the same as if he was still a Director. As Craig and Rod bought the project in originally one would think they are both big believers in the project. And as Craig and Rod both have over 5% parcels, they need to announce any purchase/sale of stock. I presume the other parcel holder in this escrow was Richard and as CEO I guess he is not selling.
