I believe there will be some big and important announcements on the horizon. That may be part of the reasons why the management is releasing the escrowed shares. There might be huge demands for the shares if the company is achieving huge milestone in its quest to market the technology to some big tech company.
Just my humble opinion. I think it is a steal at current price if my conjecture is right. See what happens to BRN shares after release of escrowed shares, it didn't affect the SP much.
