If the company wanted to dilute with the typical capital raise methods they had plenty of room to move in the register when we are compared to 95% of micro cap startups. I firmly believe the current capital raise has been done in the interests of shareholders in particular those who participate in it (royalty). After all they are keeping the business running until the metrics start doing their thing and the players roll in.
