    it means that the board, just after the disaster of the last announcement, have paid themselves over 2m shares from the escrow and have claimed the shortfall options ACMOA for themselves rather than offer them back to holders. This is about as (mom says I used a bad word and I need to go to my room)y behaviour as you'll ever see!!!
