And that’s seems to be the problem. Oliver’s tried to be quality and different but it didn’t work, so now they are trying to use economies of scale and workarounds to increase the profit margin with what they have, but it goes against the purpose behind the business of being fresh, green and different. That competitive advantage seems to have been lost.
