wow CEO gone but at least he will see out his 6 mths rather than walk away with a huge payout (he is on $600k pa and I suspect that the consultants probably told the board that is not sustainable in a company of this size)
also some of those 25m shares will not vest given he will not have spent 3 yrs with the company, but the elephant in the room has not been address.....Karl with his ~1m for his position as head of global growth (seems untenable given no growth for a number of yrs now!!)
They had 6m at the end of June.....so the 16m annualised savings is incredibly high, but can they survive the redundancy costs etc to get there?
