I might be out of touch with the latest. So are they ditching the two founders pay packets or is this cost cutting not really serious. That $1.7m is 26 jobs equivalent maybe at $65k per job, but possibly effective people rather than a paying for a negative! Business cannot afford parasites IMO. I'm waiting for them to be defunded before looking at this can of worms.
