Flyboy,Can you tell me what Rogers was supposed to be earning and where it states that he did not take his salary. What did he receive in way of payments.
In the 2017 report
What is the share based payment of $348,110 that was paid between July 2016 and June 2017 to key personnel at the time Rogers was CEO. Was it paid to Rogers, or was it a parting gift to Dennis, however Dennis is not listed as key personnel in this report.

We need to know who received the share-based payment to key personnel of $348,110 and why??
Also if Rogers did not take a salary who received the $457,500?
All I am saying is that looking at this in the Fin report 2017 if Rogers was not being paid who received the $457,500 AND $348,110 which was an increase on the year before yet he wasn't receiving a salary. You would think that if the CEO was not receiving a salary then surely the 2017 figure would be lower than the 2016 figure not higher. The new management team did not come on board until October 2017 therefore in the next financial year 2018.
As shareholders we have a right to know who received these payments and what they were for...That is all that I am saying and if anyone can enlighten me I would be very grateful
