If a CEO is not drawing salary then no wonder we also have other workers/contractors not doing the same who get con-notes and other perks in lieu of MONEY.
So in effect, if it is true he did not draw a salary for 3 years then that amplifys insolvent trading? Another million dollars or so of debt bunged on the books. What with other people then, unpaid holidays, long service leave, super etc?? How deep does this debt pit run?
Then you need to ask about motivation. Who is motivated to do much when unpaid, let alone 3 years? Ole saying is you get what you pay for so if he was paid nothing (at his own doing) did he then have a blasé attitude toward his responsibilities?
What a mess. The announcement say 1 March 2019 is D-Day, so lets see what announcement we get then.
