So in effect, if it is true he did not draw a salary for 3 years then that amplifys insolvent trading? Another million dollars or so of debt bunged on the books. What with other people then, unpaid holidays, long service leave, super etc?? How deep does this debt pit run?

Then you need to ask about motivation. Who is motivated to do much when unpaid, let alone 3 years? Ole saying is you get what you pay for so if he was paid nothing (at his own doing) did he then have a blasé attitude toward his responsibilities?

What a mess. The announcement say 1 March 2019 is D-Day, so lets see what announcement we get then.

WE need to find out what he did receive in all payments including expenses, share based payments and directors fees as this company's admin and corporate costs are very HIGH for a small outfit. Staff costs are also high.
What has been going on here as this company bleeds money what has this guy actually received in payments as he now claims he did not get paid.
