My take, someone had to be 'responsible' for the 'financial' situation we are/were put into, and confidence is obviously 'very low' across the board @ AHZ, CEO, CFO & BoD...
If SB want to take AHZ 'private' they can/should, but they'll have to pay a premium on 'last'' VWAP... Same as Solomon Lew if he wants to take Myer 'private', no different if you stand back, poorly managed 'business-potential', run off the 'map' before anyone realised the GPS was turned off..!!
I'd suggest we'll soon have enough 'buy-in' for an 'ASIC lid-pop' or worse still, a class-action...
Great potential for AHZ products, just very, very poor execution...
