G'day Lockitt , great post, had me in fits of laughter, I wasn't trying to show off as I usually keep quiet about it as running a renovation company.
Its just CNC with his logic that the more shares the directors had the better performing the company is. Same logic has been applied to company managers.
Clearly in this case it hasn't worked.!!
Its just with all my business experience that text book nonsense is rubbish. People perform in their job for a whole variety of reasons, not solely for salary. Agreed it is a component but people are driven to be successful because they want to succeed.
