But in this case - TAM really are well under noticeable size for what NST is now - I would think NST would have been happy to allow the status quo go on but the more I revisit this the more I am forming a solid view that TAM have been pushing for some time and that this is the outcome of that pushing. APAC aren't going to see their holdings shrivel away they also have been holding for a long time. Its not an ideal agreement from where TAM had NST over the last 6 years but an agreement is now in place to get to production which was seemingly years away only a few months back.
