Ann: Restructure of SAY Board , page-4

I have no idea what's going on but reading between the lines expect Sun Biomedical to become more involved here. I've been a long suffering shareholder with SBN and we're as bemused as you guys as to what our involvement is with SAY. I suspect it all has more to do with Greenday Corporate being our current largest shareholder along with Terry Cuthbertson's role in both company's and the fact we are currently just a shell with money and no product looking for investment opportunities. Greenday's specialty is restructuring company's and they have a very good success rate. Stay tuned,something's brewing IMO.
