re: Ann: Restructure of Senior Management and... This is not good news in light of the ASIC action reported. The company is effectively in the hands of Madame Cheung and some executive Wong, two individuals we do not know enough about.
If we thought the board was uncommunicative before, imagine now , as it is 100% under the control of MC. Not very happy how this has turned out. First we lost two truly independent non exec directors, now Jitto is not in control and it is all driven by MC and her friends. To any previous posters who thought this was all a good thing for the company, I'd like to hear your explanation now.
ASIC is right to be asking questions, the same questions some of us shareholders have asked all along.
