Its also potentially a low capex start, cash flow cow. And we are the ones 100% in charge of the off take , so we are the middle man, and presumably on sell as preferred.
Forward looking 20% of that cash flow cow , on top of what we make margin on the off takes., icing on our very appetizing cake.
