I get that and don't disagree but it doesn't help holders that have lost all of their capital in earlier CRs. Good for those that buy into what turns out to be a turning point but if you look into the history of RED, you'll understand what I'm referring to and that it's simplistic to look at and use RED the way you have in your example.
