    Sounds like Challingsworth doesn’t know what he's doing - recieving poor advice on business growth and revenue forecasts, sacking staff, not achieving milestones, changing goal posts and on and on. What a complete mess. It sounds like a micky mouse outfit.

    Can't re-invest when there is so much organisational and product uncertainty.
