I have read the agreement now a couple of times. It seems the company X64 is getting the short end of the stick, although this is better than a years long legal battle and possibly ending up with less.I am not sure if anyone corrected you, but I think your quarterly payments calculation is incorrect. You put:

0.658 -> 1.316 per month = 110.5mil -> 221.09mil
But you are calculating 12 quarterly payments a year. It should be:
