it would seem to me:
1. the supposed US$248m loan owed to MMPRC is being settled for about USD22m receivable on basically a never never deal. I think historically it was USD750k / qtr so I'd say we've gone backwards on this front.
2. The USD108m claim is incredulous. Even more incredulous because it arrived soon after Raul's deserved sacking and now the administrators are wearing it! Interesting, for the next 10 years the same rent is USD252K ie USD2k per month until some time
3. The fanciful debts between MMPRC, KDTL, PMC and X64 have thankfully been settled ... that will at least stop the administrator bleed.
4. Not an ounce of resolution of what X64 owned prior to sacking of the Raul...

X64 likely to be relisted 1 April ... best guess sub 1c Welker is a winner ... not!
