So the company controlled by the Solomons (Noble) is getting paid by Eden, and the source of these Eden funds are two companies which are also owned by the Solomons.
my guess is the Solomons are restructuring for tax reasons. There's practically zero net impact to the Solomons on this. I don't for a second believe this is a show of faith that Eden will be cashflow positive.
of anything the Solomons *may* be transferring assets knowing they'll need to write off this debt and they are choosing the best vehicle (financially) to do so.
