IMO in the future THC in Medical Cannabis will be treated the SAME as Endone, Xanax, Valium , etc etc in the near future when it comes to driving.
Take this court ruling - https://www.mondaq.com/australia/Criminal-Law/887728/Magistrate-dismisses-drug-driving-charge-for-medicinal-cannabis-user
Now my wife recently started medical cannabis because of chemotherapy and initially I was dosing her 0.8ml with THC rated at 10mg per ml. She felt really stoned, slowly daily I reduced it by 0.1ml until we found a comfortable baseline for daytime consumption which was 0.4ml. She feels completely in control and cannot feel any side effects. Now, most people would say that's what all drug users will say but keep in mind what the law takes into consideration in the above article.
Now for the good / funny business. Check out the label issued by pharmacies across Australia for medical cannabis. The same label applies for the drugs I listed above but they don't have this scribble over the top! Look closely at the "If affected" it has been marked out .........Go Figure Australia....So I can take 2-3 Xanex and still feel it's OK to drive....
