50m shares traded mostly at 0.2c so a decent number of shareholders are offloading their holdings.....having said that, still some buyers at that price despite the buyer volume at that price this morning more than exceeded (i.e. other buyers seem to have stepped in).

Hard to get any sense of what the penalty would be, but at least mgmt have been quite clear:
"any ultimately adverse resolution could have a material negative impact on Site’s financial performance and financial position."

With virtually no cash in the bank at this stage, this could take the company under unless those earnings (& cashflow) start coming through and/or the ACCC recognise they could get nothing if the company goes under (not sure they want to end up with a stake in a leasehold in the Philippines)
